Chöd in the Wild – Lafayette Park, San Francisco (southeast corner up stairs)
Join us at Lafayette Park in San Francisco (located on Sacramento St between Gough and Laguna) to practice the chöd of Pegyal Lingpa and MaChik Labdrön. Bring your Level 1 text from the Tibetan Healing Chöd School, kangling, chöd damaru, bell and dorje. If you don’t have some of those items, it’s okay. Open to anyone interested!
